Our return policy lasts 10 days after receipt of the product, if 10 days have passed, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received, it must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from refund. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, liquids or flammable gases.

Downloadable software products.
Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error, are not applicable for return or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, if you are approved, a refund will be processed and an automatic credit will be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within 1 to 5 days.
We only replace items that are received defective or damaged and reported within 10 days after receipt. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published, then contact your bank. There is often a bit of processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the country where you live, the delivery time and receipt of your return may vary, we consider an estimated time of 10 to 40 days under normal conditions.
To send your products you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
